<MONTE ALTO: ALL THAT FALL HAS WINGS> is a visual diary of living through a pandemic in Monte Alto. The photographs in this series were captured during the first phase of the confinement in Spain that began on March 14, 2020. I made prints onto Traditional Chinese Mulberry Bark Paper, using cyanotype and colouring them with natural dyes. Each print weighs 30 gr. I wanted to make them light and delicate as if images could fall, fly, and travel into the uncertain and unknown.
Special thanks to Rafa Badia and Ramon J. Domenech.
